Komenti i presidentit Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb, se Serbia nuk ka guximin t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebn ka ringjallur spekulimet p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat jozyrtare nga shtetet e BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb Beogradi ta heq\u00eb preambul\u00ebn kushtetuese q\u00eb e definon Kosov\u00ebn si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Vladimir Medjak nga L\u00ebvizja Europiane n\u00eb Serbi tha p\u00ebr BIRN se e vetmja iniciativ\u00eb e tanishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar kushtetut\u00ebn lidhet me reform\u00ebn e gjyq\u00ebsorit, nj\u00eb ndryshim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm si pjes\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb pranimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE. \u201cNuk jam i sigurt se p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb mungese forc\u00eb po flasim k\u00ebtu, kur kemi nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb n\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet Vu\u00e7iqin. N\u00ebse propozimi do t\u00eb ishte i mir\u00eb, un\u00eb besoj se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs do t\u00eb votonte p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjithashtu\u201d, tha Medjak. Medjak shpjegoi se ndryshimet kushtetuese mbi reform\u00ebn e gjyq\u00ebsorit duhet t\u00eb miratohen deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit aktual, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Serbia tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prapa me planin. Skenari tjet\u00ebr ai i ndryshimeve lidhur me Kosov\u00ebn sipas Medjak do i shtynte edhe m\u00eb tutje ndryshimet pasi nj\u00eb debat publik p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, i cili u njoftua koh\u00ebt e fundit nga Vu\u00e7iq, nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb. Medjak thot\u00eb se preambula kushtetuese gjithashtu mund t\u00eb ndryshohet, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb kur Beogradi miraton t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn, klauzola e integrimit, e cila mund\u00ebson q\u00eb institucionet e BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb rregullore q\u00eb do t\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb Serbi . \u201cTani p\u00ebr tani kemi detyrimin e reform\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore dhe klauzol\u00ebn e integrimit n\u00eb fund [t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb pranimit]\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
