Duke u bazuar n\u00eb raportin e vitit 2018 t\u00eb German Watch \u201cGlobal Climate Risk Indeks\u201d, Haiti, Zimbabve dhe Fixhi jan\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb shteteve m\u00eb t\u00eb prekura nga ngjarjet klimatike ekstreme n\u00eb vitin 2016.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb harkun kohor t\u00eb viteve 1996-2016, Hondurasi, Haiti dhe Mianmari ishin shtetet m\u00eb t\u00eb prekura. N\u00eb total, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 524 mij\u00eb njer\u00ebz humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn nga ngjarje natyrore fatkeq\u00ebsish, nd\u00ebrsa humbja e shprehur n\u00eb kosto arriti 3.16 mld dollar\u00eb. N\u00ebnt\u00eb, nga 10 shtetet m\u00eb t\u00eb prekura nga katastrofat natyrore, ishin shtete me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb ul\u00ebta ose m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se mesatarja.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb raport, Shqip\u00ebria nd\u00ebrmjet viteve 1996-2016 ka humbur 32 banor\u00eb, mesatarja n\u00eb vit 1.60, nd\u00ebrsa humbjet p\u00ebrllogariten mesatarisht 19,728 dollar\u00eb. Numri i t\u00eb humburve n\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb r\u00ebnie nga nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa humbjet financiare jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n

Raporti i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm tregon se nd\u00ebrmjet viteve 1995-2014, mesatarja e humbjeve e shprehur n\u00eb kosto \u00ebsht\u00eb 17.025 dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
