Ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr organizator\u00ebt e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs (1899-1900) dhe veprimtar i saj p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb territoriale t\u00eb vendit; drejtues kryesor\u00eb n\u00eb kryengritjet kund\u00ebrosmane n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1908 \u2013 1912, q\u00eb u finalizuan me shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Pas vitit 1912, luftoi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e saj nga pushtuesit serb\u00eb. Nuk u pajtua me vendimet e Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londr\u00ebs s\u00eb 1913, q\u00eb shk\u00ebput\u00ebn Kosov\u00ebn dhe treva t\u00eb tjera shqiptare lindore e jugore nga shteti i pavarur shqiptar.
